Dakota Station Townhomes, Littleton - One More HUD Home

We were shocked to see another HUD home in Dakota Station Townhomes, Littleton. This is a great complex and having two HUD homes at the same time is rare.

This townhome is a 1,000 square foot model priced at $92,500. It has 2 bedrooms and three baths. Typically, ths model sells in the $120's to $130's. In fact, our team has a great fixed up Dakota Station Townhome of this model n the market now for $129,900. I've included a link below.

While our listing is completely fixed and ready to move into, this HUD home maybe a good choice for someone looking to add value themselves. Either way, they are both great buys for Littleton Condos.
