HUD released a new listing in the Highline Meadows neighborhood. This neighborhood is one of the best values for Centennial Townhomes. These units are very large and the townhome complex surrounds a gorgeous lake and park area. This neighborhood also has a condo area with smaller units just a short walk away from the lake.

This HUD townhome was released two weeks ago and our team has not yet had a chance to preview it. However, we have a client that we'll be showing it to this weekend and will update this blog with our impressions.

In general, these townhome are normally a fantastic deal, with ~1,900 square foot, 3 bedroom units starting in the mid $100's. This HUD listing is priced at just $110,000 making it's price per square foot an incredible $57!

Hud has a couple of Centennial townhomes on the market right now. The newest listing is in Homestead Townhomes and it came on the market yesterday. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with over 2,200 finished square feet. It's priced at only $239,000 which is a fantastic price for a unit that size in the complex.

If you're not familiar with te area, Homestead is located just north of Dry Creek between Holly and Quebec. It's a very popular area with several sub areas of Centennial townhomes and single family homes.

 We've blogged about this second unit before. It's located in the Sturbridge at Homestead complex in the same area. It's a smaller unit and it needs some work, but is priced accordingly. Over the holiday weekend, our team was busy! We showed over 40 homes this holiday weekend and came across some great deals for our clients. As we were showing one of our buyers Centennial townhomes, we came across a brand new listing that hit the market this Saturday.

This home is located in The Knolls Townhomes Centnnial. It's a very large, 1,892 square foot townhome with 4 beds and 3 baths. With all of this space, in this neighborhood, we were shocked to see it listed at only $151,000! This is nearly $80,000 less than the lowest priced unit of the same square footage.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Knolls Townhomes or The Knolls Centennial area, it is located south of Arapahoe rd and east of university. The neighborhood surrounds Cherry Knolls Park and is a highly sought after community in the area.
