Highland View Townhomes

I wanted to take a minute and spotlight Highland View Townhomes. We have a new listing coming up in this community next week.

There are actually two Highland View complexes (Highlands View and Highlands View ii). Its one of the best Centennial, Colorado Townhomes communities available.

Located just north of C-470 on University, this neighborhood in extremely convenient to DTC, The foothills and plenty of great shopping. The new Southglenn Shopping center is just 2 miles north and Park Meadows Mall is 4 miles east.

Homes range anywhere from the low $100,00's to $the high $150,000's for the larger models with finished basements.
