I was running market statistics for one of our clients for all of the Highlands Ranch Condos. I've pulled the stats for the last month and thought I'd share them here with everyone.

 Keep in mind, these are the stats for all Highlands Ranch condos and townhomes. This is not a list for a specific complex. If you'd like the data for a specific complex or area in Highlands Ranch, send me an email or give me a call.

As you look at these stats, the most useful number is the Price / sqft. You'll see the difference between sold price/sqft and listed price/sqft is $8 or roughly 5% per square foot difference. This is consistent with what we're seeing as far as list / sold price variance goes. Somewhere between a 3%-5% difference between the price a home is listed at and what it sells for.
