Highlands Ranch Foreclosures

We're working with several buyers looking at Highlands Ranch foreclosures and bank owned homes. Yesterday, 2 of our agents showed buyers in two distinct price ranges all of the foreclosures in the area - which are not many.

One of our clients was outbid in a bidding war, and another wasn't able to see 2 homes they had scheduled the day before because they went under contract. Highlands Ranch foreclosures move very quickly and you need to be ready to bid quickly and aggressively if you want to have a chance at them.

 Our team is constantly monitoring Highlands Ranch Foreclosures. This unit has been on the market for a couple months, but we thought it worth mentioning again. I have never seen Highlands Ranch condos sell for this low of a price. Ever.

This is a 1 besom unit in Sugarmill Condos Highlands Ranch. Sugarmill is a wonderful complex located a quarter mile east of Broadway on Highlands Ranch Pkwy. It's close to just about everything. You can walk to shops, the rec center, parks and much more. While Sugarmill is primarily made up of Townhome style homes, this is one of a handful of condo style units.

Highlands Ranch Foreclosures

I'll be showing a few Highlands Ranch Foreclosures and Highlands Ranch Short Sales this afternoon. There are a few great deal available right now. In fact, all of the homes I'll be showing are under $180,000! These are single family Highlands Ranch homes for sale - not condos or townhomes.

We've only seen a few Highlands Ranch HUD homes come on the market in the past month or so, but I think this home warrants a second post. While the address says "Littleton," the homes is actually in Acres Green Highlands Ranch. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and nearly 1,800 finished square feet. You won't find anything like this Highlands Ranch. Many Highlands Ranch condos and townhomes are priced higher than this.

Acres Green in in the north east area of Highlands Ranch near Khols and across Quebec from Palomino Park Highlands Ranch.
