Summing up the dramatic shift in inventory we've seen over the last few months, today we present the entire inventory of Littleton Foreclosures listed by HUD: 1.That's correct, while in recent months a search of Littleton homes for sale would turn up roughly 5-7 HUD listings, we are now down to just one HUD home active on the market.

Much of this has to do with the drastically declining inventory of all homes on the market (down over 35% since last year).  Regardless of what you read in the news, the well priced HUD homes are moving very quickly and for well above list price. One of our clients looking at Denver HUD homes lost a bid yesterday on a HUD home that they over bid on. The home had 8 other offers!

I was showing several Littleton foreclosures to a client this afternoon. We looked at several Littleton townhomes, including this home in the Ken Caryl Ranch Townhomes complex.

This is a great neighborhood with some of the most amazing views of the foothills available. Driving out of this complex you get a gorgeous panoramic view of the foothills all the way to Roxborough Park.

This particular unit is in rough shape. It definitely needs new paint and carpet, but there is definitely potential here. Our team has been showing many Denver HUD homes over the past few months. This past week, we had a client looking at Littleton foreclosures. We placed a bid on the HUD home below on Friday and received word today that the bid was accepted!
