We listed a absolutely gorgeous condo in Otero Ridge Condominiums this weekend. Otero Ridge is located just north of C-470 off of University. This puts it on the west side of Centennial. Over the holiday weekend, our team was busy! We showed over 40 homes this holiday weekend and came across some great deals for our clients. As we were showing one of our buyers Centennial townhomes, we came across a brand new listing that hit the market this Saturday.

This home is located in The Knolls Townhomes Centnnial. It's a very large, 1,892 square foot townhome with 4 beds and 3 baths. With all of this space, in this neighborhood, we were shocked to see it listed at only $151,000! This is nearly $80,000 less than the lowest priced unit of the same square footage.
