I've always been partial to Olde Mill Centennial CO. I bought my very first home here long before I ever got into real estate. Its a great community, centrally located and very well managed.

I have a found spot for Olde Mill Condos Centennial. Besides being a great community with a nice pool and convenient location, it was also where I owned my first home!

Because of my love for this neighborhood, I'm always looking for HUD homes to pop up in here. HUD has just listed a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with nearly 1,000 square feet for just over $100,000. This is a great deal for anyone looking for Centennial Condos.

Olde Mill Condos Centennial is located on the SE corner of Arapahoe and Holly, providing convenient access to I-25 and the light Rail stations.

Olde Mill Condos in Centennial is a GREAT community. I know, because the first place I ever owned was in Olde Mill ;) It's located at the corner of Arapahoe Rd and Holly and is surrounded by Homestead Homes.

Right now, there is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit that is nearly 1,000 square feet on the market and listed by HUD. This HUD Home is a great deal for Centennial Condos and is listed at just $115,000.

HUD is accepting bids on this unit until August 22nd. After that, if there is no successful bid, HUD will open up the bids to investors.
