 In my opinion, Windmill Creek Condos still provides the best value for any condo complex in the DTC area. These newer units show very well and a 2 bedroom unit sells under $110,000. Located south of Arapahoe west of Jordon road, this complex is minutes from the tech Center, I-25 and E-470.

The amenities in the complex are second to none. With incredibly low HOA fees ($128 a month) this complex still offers a fitness center, clubhouse, business center, pool, hot tub and sand volley ball pit! You can't find those amenities anywhere in the south metro area with an HOA fee that low!
