Columbine Townhouses

Pay Attention! If you're searching for Littleton Condos or townhomes, you will not find this home in the MLS. The reason? The listing agent listed this townhome only in the single family homes section of the MLS. However, this is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Columbine Townhouses Littleton.

Owned and managed by HUD, as with most Littleton foreclosures, this home needs a little work. However, with 2,000 finished square feet for under $150,000, this is an amazing deal. Plus, buyers searching for townhomes and condos won't see it in the MLS unless they are also searching for Littleton homes for sale.
