I blogged about this 2 bedroom unit in Marina Pointe Condos earlier this week. However, HUD just dropped the price another $8,000!

Now this 2 bedroom, 2 bath 918 square foot condos is listed at just $72,000. It will be difficult to find a deal like that on any other Littleton Condos.
