Town and Country Townhomes Parker - HUD Listing

Town and Country Townhomes, Parker is a great community located just north of main street and just East of Parker Rd. The central location of this neighborhood offers easy access to shopping and restaurants both on Main Street and in the nearby shopping centers. In addition, the wonderful O'Brien Memorial Park borders this complex.

HUD has a large, 2 bedroom townhome with over 1,300 square feet on the market for only $125,000. This townhome is on Rosewood, meaning its in the quiet, interior of the complex.

It's hard to find a better deal right now on Parker Condos or Parker Townhomes.

Town and Country Village Parker, is my favorite townhome community on Parker Colorado. It's located just north of Main Street and just east of a great water park. You can walk to shopping, restraunts and so much more.

Right now, there is a Parker HUD Home on the market in Town and Country. It's a two bed, two bath home with 1,332 square feet priced at only $125,000! This is an amazing price for this model and I'm sure this unit will not last for very long.
