Park North Thornton Townhomes

We had blogged about our Park North Thornton Townhomes back in September. this is a great area near Federal Heights with some very nice and affordable townhomes. If you're in the market for Thornton condos or townhomes, this area should be on your list.

In September, we listed a townhome as a short sale and it went under contract very quickly. We have since received short sale approval for this home at an amazing $73,000! Unfortunately for us (but maybe fortunately for you), the buyer was unable to obtain financing for this home and has moved on. Our team has been showing a number of clients homes in the Northern Denver area. One of our clients has been looking at Thornton condos and we came across this new HUD listing in the Villages North Thornton.
